The Executive Allies Program creates a safe place for organizational leaders to reflect honestly, share candidly, and work diligently as they develop their diversity, equity, and inclusion competence. Utilizing a psycho-social approach, our faculty focuses on education and transformation, so that students know exactly what they need to do differently as organizational leaders.

 

  • Learn how to integrate the Executive Allyship model into your current professional brand.

  • Understand and define key diversity, equity, and inclusion terminology.

  • Recognize personal barriers to becoming an equitable leader.

  • Learn the rules of engagement for having culturally competent conversations.

  • Identify personal bias triggers.

  • Create personal goals to activate your culturally competent skills.
