The Executive Allies Program creates a safe place for organizational leaders to reflect honestly, share candidly, and work diligently as they develop their diversity, equity, and inclusion competence. Utilizing a psycho-social approach, our faculty focuses on education and transformation, so that students know exactly what they need to do differently as organizational leaders.
