Research has been around for almost a decade debunking the myth the unconscious bias training actually works to minimize biases within organizations. So, why are companies still investing in it? Well... it's often a cheap off-the-shelf solution, that "makes sense" for companies who don't know what else to do. The bottom line is that training on one's unconscious biases DOES NOT make them go away. That's a fact. So what else can organizations do to help their employees minimize their biases?
In 2020, our Training & Development Division teamed up with The Fun Dept., an international employee engagement firm who brings innovative solutions to corporations who want to create happier, healthier, more connected employees. Our mission: design interactive DEI team building games that can actually help people address their biases.

Since the launch of our DEI Gaming Division, companies from around the country have expressed an interest in bringing our debut game "Distinct Link" to their workplaces. Each gaming experience is conducted virtually and lasts between 90-minutes and 2 hours. It is important to note that each game session includes a facilitated debrief and discussion about overcoming biases, allyship, and becoming an equitable employee.
